On Sunday, United Palace of Cultural Arts hosted a screening of "The Wizard of Oz" hosted by former NY Post film critic Lou Lumenick and TCM's Tiffany Vazquez. Just before the screening, a flash mob of "munchkins" from Dance Project of Washington Heights delighted the audience with a wonderful song and dance routine.
